The hand-painted illusion adds depth to the letter, admired both from afar and up close where the paper's texture too can be appreciated, it’s all these details that make each sign extra-special.

Changing the texture here by introducing a quality paper-stock behind the hand-painted and gilded letter, with a choice of four GF Smith Colorplan colours and embossings to choose from — all of which beautifully compliment the letter(s) in any combination.

Individual letters can be set in either a portrait (taller) or landscape (wider) orientation, up to two characters can be selected if set in a landscape format only. Outlines can be in 23ct yellow or 12ct white gold. Available in all lowercase letters, numbers and keyboard symbols; please select your choice from the drop-down menu; do get in touch if you’d like an alternative character not already listed.

This portrait format works particularly well for individual letters or singular numbers, like the ‘k’ and the ‘l’ — the wider letterforms (or pairs), like a ‘w’ or ‘m’, work even better in a landscape format, found here — why not mix ‘em up!?

Letter outlines are genuine gold leaf and infilled with enamel paints onto the reverse side of the glass, set in front of a 270gsm paper stock. Finished in a black frame.
